Supporting families of children and young
people with cancer in the East Midlands

On Thursday 10th February a group of 12 young people, accompanied by a family member, went to see the spectacular Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena. It was FAB-U-LOUS!

The teens and tweens, who were either on treatment for cancer or had recently finished treatment, were given an evening of escapism in a private box as they watched their favourite Strictly stars take to the dancefloor.

Tickets were provided by PASIC with support workers Joanna and Toria there to welcome families at the start of a wonderfully sparkly night.

Thank you PASIC for such a brilliant evening! We had a great time – a much-needed treat.

Oh wow! What an incredible night, thank you. We had the best time, so worth the trek from Northampton to get there. Tabitha is such a fan, she’s recorded every dance and step. Thank you PASIC.

Sophie had an amazing time. She still can’t believe she saw them all live, especially Tilly who was her favourite. I haven’t seen her smile that much for a while and the look on her face when it started was priceless. Thank you so so much.
