The East Midlands community came together to raise £9,950 for PASIC! We are immensely grateful for the support from local businesses and to witness the community uniting to help ensure that no East Midlands family faces childhood cancer alone.
The CAPS (Construction and Property Sector) Golf Day at Rushcliffe Golf Course raised almost £10,000 for childhood cancer support. 22 teams competed, raising funds through team entries, player pledges, and a raffle! After a day of friendly competition and fun, guests enjoyed an evening BBQ meal followed by an awards presentation and raffle draw. Raffle prizes were generously donated by sponsors and local businesses.
Supporting PASIC means helping us provide essential practical, emotional, and financial support to over 490 families facing childhood cancer in the East Midlands. We strive to make life a little bit better by being a listening ear and a friendly face, connecting families with the support they need most during such a devastating time.
We are thankful to all the businesses who contributed to the event through sponsorship. Special thanks go to Gleeds, Hexa Consulting, Willmott Dixon, Influence Planning & Design, and Sytner BMW. Stand sponsors included Blueprint Interiors, 200 Degrees Coffee, and Rumba – all of whom helped make the day extra special with their support and hospitality.
