Fundraising at school or university

Fancy supporting PASIC in your school, college, or university? Get in touch. We’d love to help.

We have supporters of all ages, from tots at nursery to students at university. People tell us they really enjoy fundraising for PASIC. But it’s not just because getting together with your best mates to raise money for charity is great fun. Fundraising for PASIC brings out the best in everyone:

  • Stimulates creative ideas.
  • Helps pupils learn how to work together as a team.
  • Encourages young people to develop empathy with other people.
  • Makes them feel good about helping other children and young people in the area.
  • Raises awareness of the problems that some people have to deal with.

Schools can really go to town with fundraising ideas

  • You could hold a talent showcake sale or summer fayre.
  • Perhaps a physical challenge to get students up and moving.
  • Or keep it simple with a non-uniform or ‘wear yellow’ day.

Often young people themselves come up with the best fundraising ideas!

We can come into your school or college and talk to students about PASIC

As a charity, young people are at the heart of everything we do.

Because we work in the local community, supporting PASIC can be an amazing learning experience. We love to come into schools to tell students about our work and give them a head start with some fundraising ideas.

Please get in touch if you’re a student or teacher hoping to do some fundraising – fundraising@pasic.org.uk
