Above and beyond for children with cancer

Trips and activities

Fun trips and activities, free for all the family

We arrange special trips and activities to give your family the chance to have quality time together. For many, it’s a much-needed break from the constant worry of living with childhood cancer.

How to get an invite

Once you’re registered with Pasic through one of our Family Support Workers on the ward, we’ll email you invitations to our outings. If you’re being helped by Young Lives Vs Cancer, your social worker can refer you. If you still need to register with Pasic, please get in touch.

Go on a big day out

Let us take your whole family out for a day of fun. We’ve taken families to Alton Towers, Twinlakes, Silverstone, Monkey World, football matches, the theatre, and many other exciting destinations.

These trips are just as important for the brothers and sisters of a seriously ill child, who have their lives turned upside down by childhood cancer too.

You can decide if you’d rather spend your day as a family, or if you’d like to meet others to build valuable friendships and support networks.

Join the party

We host fabulous parties for Easter and Christmas, that are full of magical moments for families to experience together. Come along and enjoy the best entertainment, from party games to discos, characters, face painting, candy floss, and bags of presents and prizes.

We create a welcoming environment where children and can relax and not worry about physical differences. There are many other others like them who understand and just want to have fun.

Stay on our guest list after treatment

When your treatment ends, our support doesn’t stop. Stay on our guest list after treatment – you’re welcome to attend our events for up to three years. It’s a brilliant opportunity to catch up with old friends and offer hope to other families.

Get in touch to find out how we can help your family enjoy quality time together.

“It was a fantastic opportunity to leave the house for a day and feel free and normal for a few hours. To see my son happy was priceless.”
