Above and beyond for children with cancer
Childhood cancer is devastating and relentless. But by leaving a gift in your Will, you can make sure families don’t have to face their darkest times alone. Your kindness will help us continue to take stress away and create brighter days, for many years to come. We know that arranging your Will is a special decision, and you’ll want to make sure your loved ones are looked after. Once they’re provided for, a gift to Pasic would be such a life-changing legacy.
You can inform your solicitor or professional Will writer that you would like to leave a gift to Pasic and they will help you to include it in your wishes.
To include Pasic in your Will, all you need is our full Charity name and address:
Pasic, E39 Children’s Oncology Daycare, Nottingham Children’s Hospital, Nottingham, NG7 2UH and Charity Number 1163662.
(Please note our postal address is Pasic, Suite 100, 1 Hanley Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BL)
You’ll need to complete a simple document called a codicil, that is used to legally update your Will. Your solicitor will be able to talk you through it.
This is a percentage of your remaining estate, after all other expenses have been taken care of. Lots of people choose to make residuary gifts because they are not devalued by inflation.
This is a specific sum of money. You can protect the value of this gift from inflation, by asking your solicitor to index-link it. That will mean that your gift remains accurately aligned to the amount you intended to give.
Some people decide to leave an item of value, such as property, antiques, or jewellery.
We promise to use your gift to help support families in the East Midlands whose lives have been turned upside down by childhood cancer.
If you are kind enough to leave a gift in your Will, we will always treat you and your family with respect and sensitivity.
We will follow your wishes about whether you would like your gift to stay private or not.
If you decide to pledge a gift in your Will to Pasic, we are truly grateful. You’re part of our incredible community of people who go above and beyond to help families facing childhood cancer.
Please get in touch if you’d like to talk to us about leaving a gift in your Will or if you have any further questions. Our team will be happy to help.
