I’m the Lead Nurse for the East Midlands Children’s and Young Persons’ Integrated Cancer Service (CYPICS), a post I’ve held since Leicester and Nottingham Children’s Oncology Services came together to form CYPICS in 2010. I have worked in Children’s and Young Peoples’ Cancer for over 30 years and PASIC have always been there to support the families. I joined the PASIC board in February 2013. My role is to act as the clinical link between PASIC and the NHS service and my aim is to enable us to work well together in the future to help support children and young people with cancer and their families.
