Providing holidays for children with cancer
Using our two dedicated caravans at Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe, we provide free holidays to Lincolnshire children living with cancer and their families.
If you are part of a family living in Lincolnshire who has a child receiving treatment for cancer, or have lost a child to cancer, then you could be eligible for a week’s free holiday courtesy of Sophie’s Journey.
You can apply through a Clic Sargent social worker or your community nurse. Once we have received your application we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient date for your holiday. We’ll also provide all the information, advice and practical support you’ll need while you’re away.
