Supporting families of children and young
people with cancer in the East Midlands

Join a fantastic fundraising challenge for PASIC – as well as achieving a personal goal and having fun with friends, you’ll help make life better for some very sick children.

The Three Peaks Challenge and Trekfest, the 26 mile walking challenge, make great team building experiences, or if you fancy an adrenaline buzz take the plunge with a skydive.

Friends Charlotte and Alison, pictured here, raised over £3000 with a trek in Jordan for PASIC in October.  “It was so tough and very scary in places, not something that I never thought that I could accomplish, but it was so worth it for a truly amazing cause” says Charlotte.

”We wanted to raise money for PASIC because a close friend’s daughter died of cancer when she was 10 so I’ve witnessed first hand the terrible impact childhood cancer has on a family.  Rose was always in our thoughts and she’d have really laughed on hearing I was voted top of that voted most glam trekker! What an accolade!”

Glam trekker or not! You don’t need any experience to get up off that sofa and have a go and we can’t think of a better time than the New Year to start getting fit enough to conquer a peak or run that 5K near to home.

I can feel a New Year’s Resolution coming on…
